Architect of Record for new addition & remodeling of Maserati/Aston Martin/Collision Center facility. The project was designed to maintain the architectural style of the Mercedes/Lexus Automotive Campus. Project includes a new 8,000 sq. ft. addition for two automobile showrooms & the Collision Center offices. Responsibilities included coordinating design requirements from Maserati, Aston Martin and UAG Design Professionals. Remodeling included 40,000 sq. ft. of service bays, paint booth, and parts storage.
