The success of our small design firm is largely attributed to the repeat business of many of our clients. This achievement stems from the high level of commitment and service that we provide to each of our clients, regardless of the size of their project. We aim to find thoughtful design solutions that exceed the expectations of our clients, maximizing functionality and design possibilities while respecting our clients’ timeline, design style, and expected return on investment. We work diligently on every project, finding a balance with aesthetics, quality, and cost to help our clients achieve their goals.
When working with those who are new to the architectural design field, our firm respectfully guides clients through the design process. We practice open communication by being available and responsive to the client. SODGI assists clients with project program development, site analysis, project budgets, construction strategy and scheduling, and feasibility studies. We operate with good ethics, informing the client of any user or code related issues, and designing an environment that is both pleasing for the users of the space as well as being profitable to the owner.
