East 71st Street & Carnegie Avenue
Principal Architect for a new 65 ft. high, 32,000 sq. ft. metal panel & pre-cast concrete building for shipping/receiving, offices, and warehouse facility. With the distinctive warehouse design, Iron Mountain is representative of the style of the Midtown Corridor. Despite the industrial aesthetic, Iron Mountain houses a state of the art fully automated racking system. The addition was made to complement neighboring St. Timothy Missionary Baptist Church by using similar shingle color and by using concrete which mimicked the church’s distinct stone type.
